How do I join Avon?
We’re so pleased to welcome you to Avon! You’ve taken the first step to doing beauty your way.
Whether you want to earn a little extra or have a full-time career, Avon gives you the financial freedom and flexibility to work around your lifestyle. Work as many or as few hours as you want with no targets and limitless earning opportunities.
All you need to do next is click ‘JOIN’ on this page and complete the short form. I’ll then be in touch to chat through any questions you have and help set up your Avon account.
How does Avon work?
Avon offers premium beauty that won’t break the bank, something our customers love! We’ve got top-rated beauty products and must-have innovation that everyone’s talking about.
Simply share Avon with your friends, family, colleagues and neighbours, and you’ll soon have your own customers. They can choose to shop with you using the printed brochure, digital brochure or online store and you’ll earn however they shop. Every month there’s a new brochure packed full of amazing Avon products and new online offers too!
The more you sell the more you earn, it’s that simple!
How much time do I need to spend doing Avon?
It’s completely up to you! With Avon you have the flexibility to choose when and where you work. Work the hours that suit you, as much as you like, when you like and wherever you like. We don’t set you any targets, but we do offer you limitless earnings opportunities, giving you the total flexiblity to do your Avon business your way and still have time for the things that matter to you.
How much can I earn?
The great thing about Avon is that you earn from the very first product you sell – there are no minimum targets and the earnings opportunities are as big as you want to make them!
You’ll earn a percentage of the sales you make, plus you’ll have access to discounts on exciting new products and other fantastic benefits.
In each of your first 3 months you’ll earn a percentage of all the sales you make that month, the more you sell the higher the percentage:
Sales under £84 = 10%, £85- £199 = 20%, £200 - £999 = 25%, £1,000 or more = 30%.
After your first 3 months, you’ll join our Avon Rewards loyalty programme – packed with extra benefits and an earnings opportunity of up to 32%.
Do I have to pay Avon up front before customers pay me?
Some Reps pay Avon upfront, while others place their customers’ orders and then have a certain time before they need to pay Avon. This gives you time to collect payment from your customers first. We’ll share all the details about this once you’ve joined.
Is there a set joining fee?
There’s no joining fee and you won’t have any set targets you need to achieve because Avon is all about beauty your way!
We do ask our new Reps to buy one of our two Welcome Kits, packed with everything you need to kick start your new Avon business (including some of our iconic products!).
Will you teach me about the products?
Absolutely! As a new Avon Rep, we’ll offer you lots of support in your first 3 months and beyond. We have a dedicated ‘Kick Start’ programme for new Reps to help you discover all you need to know, as well as our own training platform packed with tips and tools. You can also join our friendly Facebook community and chat to other Reps too.
Do I have to pay for brochures?
Your digital brochures and online store are all free, it costs nothing to set them up or share them with your customers.
If you choose to use the printed brochures, you’ll have the option to buy these each month. We’ve got some great prices and the more you order the better value they are.
Can I still join if I only want to buy for myself and my family?
Absolutely. Many of our successful top earning Reps started their Avon business just buying for themselves and their families. As you become more established as a Rep, you might then choose to reach out to more customers and – if you do – we’ll be there to support you every step of the way. But there’s no pressure, the choice is all yours.
What if I want to leave Avon?
We hope you’ll love Avon like we do, but if your circumstances change that’s not a problem. All you need to do is let us know and ensure you have no outstanding balances for products you’ve ordered.
